Very poor customer service tellers...etc. Customers waiting, staff is talking to each other...The poorest service ever I experience in UAE banking sector.
I wish we have a option to give this bank a negative star cuz they are not worth for even single star. Very Very Very Poor Bank, RM, Management & Customer Service.
UAE is outstanding for it banking system but this bank totally failed it. They have auch a poor service. Be Aware their ATM machines in SZR branch are all faulty. It captures your card and they say go to your bank and get a new one. Basically their machines are faulty but they won’t put “out of service” sign on them. FYI. Avoid this branch as much as you can !
Omg! The ATM machines are faulty! It took my card without notice, the manager said it happens sometimes & go to your bank to apply a nsw one !!!!!!!! Avoid this branch ATM !
Poor call center service, no one picks up the call. says "nobody is available to take the calls" and call ends.
