People who send remittances from abroad, please do not send your money to Allied Bank. I now realize how flawed their system is. It has been more than two days since I sent remittances from abroad and still my family can't collect it. According to the money transfer agency in abroad my family already received/collected the payment but the bank have different point of view. Bank staff is saying that there is an error in our system and all remittance are showing paid. Money transfer agency people have been saying for two days that we are waiting for confirmation emails from the bank and when I call Pakistan, the bank staff saying we have emailed. I don't understand how long it takes to email them and get confirmation Allah knows best if The bank have taken out all the remittance for their personal use and now they are making people fool. I will never do any transaction with this bank again.

Terrible bank !… stay away from here. The customer service at this institution cannot be called service. There is nothing that could be called "service" They are fat cats who really don't care about servicing small business. It's shocking. No one answered the question about whether a customer should wait this long for a response. There was no attempt to make things easy for the measures I wanted to put in place. I feel great relief to have made the decision to switch financial institutions.

I opened my account range road branch i took request opening letter and id with me and its done with in half an hour after filling some documents. There was person who opening account process, very intelligent he knows the process on finger tips its small branch but they work very efficiently.i appriciated.

I opened my account it was good and quickly then done every thing as i went abroad some how i forgot my password and i did alot of calls and email but no body help me even its simple problem. They try to ignore on phone and email they said call so its like football one place to another place they transferred and range road facility manager i got him number through customer service agent first he talk and said he will solve problem later he stop taking my call he know i will ask him its still not solve and he dont want to talk about i really dont know how they work shame

ATM is mostly out of order or out of cash, Utility bill payment mostly have issue to submit to supplier (Wapda, PTCL etc) 2-3 times I have faced this issue. Disconnection team reach to disconnect to power supply because bill is not paid even I have paid and have bank stamped bill. some times paid amount shows in bill in arrears. Never suggest to anyone to open account, bill payment or to use ATM.
