Very Accommodating personnel. The lady who assisted me took her time to figure out the problem I have with my card, though everything in the system according to her was already settled.
Imagine worst customer service you can get from service provider, Alinma managed to beat that… if google maps allowed negative rating I would gladly select that… Slowest and worst customer experience and service. Unclear, bank representative gives different inputs, no unified answers which shows branch manager is unqualified to handle basic fundamentals of managing staff. It’s sad to see great location and building being wasted by unqualified staff
