IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGMENT not satified as vehicle financer

I had a USD FC account with them as an overseas Pakistani. It took 4 years to withdraw my funds. They are happy to take a deposit, later the cheques you write will not be accepted because signatures don't match, then you travel to the country, go to this office in person and they assure you all is taken care of. Next thing you know cheques are declined again saying biometrics needed. Why they didn't ask for biometrics when I visited the main office just a few weeks prior? No answer. Each time there will be a new issue until your account goes dormant. There's no end to the excuses they make to hang on to your cash. It's Hotel California, you can never leave!!! You have been warned!

i gave one star. their telephone customer service staff are all stupid and rude, they cant understand what you want if you are english speaker, and they hang up your dial if they cant understand you. suggest do not use this bank if you are english speaker.
