Absolutely not a good experience. I waited 45 mins did not even call 1 customer service number. I opened my account in this branch 5 years ago that time it was an amazing experience

Worst branch of NBB!!! More than an hour without calling a single number on the teller, while staff chit chating here and there, I informed the Branch Manager but still nothing done.

This is one of the worst branches of the bank. Customers wait for hours because of the employees' endless chatter. Management should be monitoring employee behavior and performance. If you have the time, you can get your transactions done at the Sanad branch; the service is excellent, and customers move in and out easily.
