I would be thankful to the bank for very easy to ope and maintain an account safe and secure. Really i suggest to others who will try to open an account.
Very Poor customer service ,There will be long queues, i waited for 4 hrs For my card renew!!!
Not good bcoz until now my atm card I didn't get .very slow
So far so good with the ATM service. Peak days are during the salary payment days, there will be long queues, otherwise hardly any inconvenience.
To day I go Nbb bank riffa branch for opening a Express savings account. There customer service staff asking to me why your account opening form here go another bank . I think NBB is the number one bad bank in the bahraBa
