The staff were all very friendly and the office had a nice atmosphere. Staff were dealing with customers in a helpful and respectful manner even when some customers were being super rude to them. I cannot thank the staff of ANZ Mascot more for their cordiality, patience, calm nature, helpfulness and overall quality service extended to my 96 year old grandmother who chose to bank with them today. The overall team seemed to smile in general, and Kayla extended the warmest of welcomes, genuine eye contact, listened attentively to our requests and gave my elderly grandmother, my mother and I a warm reception, attentive yet swift service and she found a solution to grandma's banking needs. Kayla's attention to detail and kind demeanour most definitely set the tone for one of the best banking experiences I've ever had in Australia, especially in stark contrast with the appalling, flustered and lacking service we received from a major bank across the road just minutes earlier. I had a fantastic experience at the ANZ branch in Mascot yesterday, thanks to Kayla. Despite the language barrier for my parents, she went above and beyond to help us open a new account and onboard me to the easy to use ANZ PLUS app. Kayla was patient, clear, and incredibly professional throughout the process, ensuring my parent understood every step. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made what could have been a challenging situation smooth and stress-free. When I choose banks, this is the type of customer service I look for to make me stay.

As a mortgage broker, the end to end service between myself and the bank is very important to the customer. My clients booked an appointment at this ANZ branch to sign their mortgage documents, and later I was to find out that not only the staff were rude, they didn't complete the witness document which meant the documents my clients signed were invalid. This is so infuriating, working to a tight settlement timeline and ANZ can't complete a form correctly. Get a grip and train your staff properly or don't offer doc signing as a service.

I changed Banks but unfortunately some money goes in there still. They are over the top with "protecting" us from fraud, scammers. I can't even get MY money out of an account because of their stuff up. When I call, I get the run around.

After being told by Westpac that I needed to go to ANZ for change as I’m not a customer, I came here to get some change for my café. I am an ANZ customer and have been for 20 years, and this experience is enough to make me change banks. I waited for 10 minutes to be served while being mostly ignored while waiting. When the tall, blonde server finally bothered to ask me what I wanted, it felt like she was talking to some street trash. I run a local business and needed change, I’m a longtime customer and was treated with disdain. I said I needed to get some change, to which I was promptly told, we don’t have any money here. I thought I was at a bank, my mistake. I’m giving one star, as I can’t give negative stars. If you want to be treated like trash, this is the bank for you.
