ANZ Branch Rockingham shop Shopping Centre 66

As a mortgage broker, the end to end service between myself and the bank is very important to the customer. My clients booked an appointment at this ANZ branch to sign their mortgage documents, and later I was to find out that not only the staff were rude, they didn't complete the witness document which meant the documents my clients signed were invalid. This is so infuriating, working to a tight settlement timeline and ANZ can't complete a form correctly. Get a grip and train your staff properly or don't offer doc signing as a service.

The staff were all very friendly and the office had a nice atmosphere. Staff were dealing with customers in a helpful and respectful manner even when some customers were being super rude to them. I felt like they didn't just treat me like a number but an actual person and I had a good laugh with the lovely lady who helped me today. Thanks team, keep up the great work, Merissa

So slow, one on counter,line out the door. Peek time. I waited 25 mins to get served. Not impressed

I changed Banks but unfortunately some money goes in there still. They are over the top with "protecting" us from fraud, scammers. I can't even get MY money out of an account because of their stuff up. When I call, I get the run around.

I could not get my account stopped from fraud they then stopped a payment for food I bought at the same time Trying to stop fraud auto deductions seveal times and many hrs on the ph to anz This is why I closed my account
