After reading some other reviews I didn't hold out much hope. But I can honestly say that our experience with Hikaru was efficient, friendly and hassle free. He was able to get us up and running quickly and also help with some minor issues the next day. We really appreciate you efforts Hikaru and I would gladly come back to this bank when we next need help.

Given the limited opening hours, 9:30-4pm it would be great if they actually opened on time. 0937 the doors open with a crowd of 6 people waiting. Once open, four staff members happily walk out to go and buy coffee, at least the last guy looked sort of ashamed!

My girlfriend and I went to this branch on 29/9/23 around 2 pm wanting to open an account. We were attended by one of the staff members (a tall blonde guy), who was very careless and not interested in us. He told us to do it online and walked away to another customer. So instead we went to St George and we had a very pleasant experience.

Just opened a Nab account thinking I could use this branch, buy its useless for anything.

Called up yesterday to double check they were able to issue bank cheques, was told yes and all I needed was my ID. After waiting 20 minutes as they were closed for lunch, I was told they aren't able to issue a bank cheque and to go somewhere else. Absolutely useless - what is the point of having an "expert centre" when you can't do anything there!

Terrible experience with this noami named girl, very unprofessional, rude, impolite, unethical and disrespectful, My dad and I were there to change his name however she displayed a very negative attitude and would ask questions that were irrelevant, upon learning my dad’s limited english skills she started making gestures, rolling eyes and raising her voice.. she definitely should not be there, her customer service skills were horrible, ended up requesting to see manager the manager however were very polite, professional and helpful. She apologized, reassured and solved our issues.
