I recently had a very disappointing experience at a NAB branch at Pacific Fair as well as a call centre. I approached the receptionist with a simple question that any bank employee should be able to answer. Regrettably, the information provided was incorrect, leading me to waste two hours visiting another branch where the services I needed were unavailable. This incident not only caused me inconvenience but also made me question the training and knowledge of the staff. I hope this feedback will prompt better service in the future.
Staff are helpful and nice but the location is often randomly closed when hours say it should be open - no explanation given
