National Australia Bank - NAB has the worst and unresponsive business banking team. You can see it says very simple to open an account in websites but I am waiting more than week now to create a business account. My all other accounts are with NAB and I want to Keep all the banking with one bank, have to move all the accounts to another bank. Worst place to open businesses bank accounts in Australia. Team at contact centre is rude and not responding

Worst bank to go with!!! Applied a credit card and it’s been over two months, still haven’t received it, due to multiple mistakes the untrained staff have made. I called several times to check the process, each every one gave me a different answer, one said the card has mailed out, one said there is no record etc. Just wondering why this kind of business is still alive, huge joke especially under the name National Bank of Australia…
My bank account has bed disabled the day before I leave Sydney and I am unable to fix it
