My experience opening an account with NAB was fantastic - fast, no hiccups, and I feel like I am getting a good deal after comparing. Carina was very helpful and patient, and gave me a demo of the banking app as well as the functionalities of my accounts . She took the time to make me feel comfortable and valued, and as a foreigner, I am more confident in my banking abilities in Australia thanks to her. Thanks Carina and NAB!

I’d like to start with thanking N.A.B for having there Banks with the utmost easy to bank with locations & I'm so happy that I’m an ongoing customer for a very long time🤝 So I say thank you N.A.B for helping us with our wealth & easy to go loans. If it wasn’t for National Australia Bank, I wouldn’t know of which bank I should do business with. I get so confused with the other banks, they have so many loop holes that they don’t mention when you open an account with them but anyway I’m a happy customer every time I have a walk ins they are the same helpful staff I deal with, wherever I need help I get a hundred percent help each & every time. Battled the bad weather today with my elderly Mother to attend this bank branch only to find it was closed upon arrival. Nothing stating this online or even a note at the branch stating that it is closed. There’s always some kind of drama when ever I try doing something with NAB
