I live overseas and they wouldn't allow myself to use my visa to buy a cold wallet three days ago. I had to contact Australian consulate to contact me and put myself through to speak to someone from NAB. Because we all know that nab will not contact you or have an email address, and there AI robot is USELESS! Today nab froze my account when I tried to transfer 20k to a crypto platform in Australia. They gave no reason. Again I contacted the Australian embassy to put myself through to NAB. Basically NAB bank is making your life difficult. They want to control your MONEY! they don't give any explanation for what they do, and you have to waste half your day trying to get your money out. My friend has had the same problem with NAB, but he had fly back to Australia to sort out the problem. NAB has no customer service. You are required to contact them. These banks make billions of dollars a year but the local corner store in Australia anwser thier phone and have better service. Don't use

Came here for a quick cash deposit. The machine got stuck while counting for 10mins and then restarted with no connection error. The customer advisor checked for cctv footage. After reviewing, another guy came and said they have verified and launched an internal complain which may take overnight to get fixed. I asked for any complain or email, he said no it’s internal as per rules and used to take a week. I told them that can’t go without some sort of a proof, eventually they showed the complain lodged internally and gave me the reference number. It was 15mins of a wait for that email and then I decided to go. This whole episode took almost an hour for a simple 5 mins task.
Oh my god. My friend just sent me money from overseas and they blocked my internet banking. All my money is in my internet banking which means they left me no money out there. I can't pay for anything at the moment. I went to the branch twice and asked what's going on they said oh it's still processing. I've been Nab customer for 2years now and thought it's a great bank. Not I'm disappointed, they are just torturing me so much and blocking me financially. Do they have brain that if they block someone's card for 2,3 days how they gonna survive? Maybe if it was a real fraud of course they gotta solve it. But people out there like me who is a student here is in a hard condition because of you. You guys gotta be fast or increase your system instead of torturing people like this
