This is the second time I’ve been to this branch despite never having used ANZ for banking previously but I just wanted to say Danielle is amazing. She provided a very speedy and kind service when I was having a hard time with my broker and I can’t thank her enough. And a thank you to Brooke as well, I will reach out when I wish to refinance for sure! Hope you both have a happy long weekend
Wait times wasn’t bad, came in regarding a work related bank account and got things sorted relatively quickly, Sam helped us out and it was really easy! Great customer service. Thanks!!
Useless, long waits despite not many people there, asked by three people what the problem was . Which by the way was a small issue. After an hour and repeated contacts with people asking us how they could help we still didn’t get an outcome. They would just walk away!!!! I think ANZ simply doesn’t want to deal with people and make it as difficult as possible so we avoid going there
