Was assisted by Paula today to update my old account. Straightforward process and good banter.

Had a confirmed appointment at Ruthven St branch the day prior. On arrival notified them whom I was to see. Left sitting for 20mins then told, that person was off sick and has been all week. No phone calls or emails conveying this. Obviously customer service isn't something they hold in high regard. Gladly take my business elsewhere. Will

I got a expired cheque issued by ANZ and came to seek for help. They just sent me out without a thought and ask us to ask other banks if they can do it for me. I was like: who would be in better place than ANZ yourself to deal with an expired ANZ cheque? Eventually I got rescued from Clifford Garden branch. It’s not about can it be done but the manager is totally not helpful and don’t like to help the customer. 0⭐️ to the branch, not ANZ, if possible.
