I came here to withdraw money and it’s too much job for the teller to do multiple withdrawals. She asked me to go back everyday and do a few cash out only and go back again and again every other day till all are cashed out. There is no proper explanation on why such a thing. I went the following day and the guy said “no cash today” that’s it. The waiting time on the que is long too. I felt a racism on point of view as I was next inline in the que and when i went to the teller, she moved me to the other teller which is still doing the other customers transaction and i needed to wait for about 30mins. Overall customer experience is poor. Very frustrating. Staff friendliness is 0.5 over 5. I felt not very welcomed at all. I would never transact in this branch anymore.

I'm unsure why their rating is so low. I had a great experience with one of their banking specialists this morning who was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and answered all of my questions. I was surprised at how quiet the bank was for a Saturday morning, but it ment we didn't have to wait. Would definitely recommend.

Worst bank iv ever been too in my life. Incompetent staff. Rude. Was told I was holding up the line by the staff member serving me because he was telling me completely different info than I was told from westpac on the phone. Do not go here. Will be changing banks unless I hear from someone higher up who can help sort this out.

Not sure why literally everytime I come here I'm standing in the queue for 30-60 mins.... just to drops forms off. Why don't they have someone come out and assist people to make it go quicker. They get paid for their time... 45 mins of my life I'll never get back
