I had a really great experience at Westpac Newmarket, thanks to Rishav. He was extremely professional, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and handled everything with a positive and respectful attitude. You can tell when someone truly cares about customer service — Rishav went above and beyond and made the visit feel easy and welcoming. Don't waste your time with this outfit. I only went as part of a "visit a branch" requirement on an already approved credit card application. They seemed to have no clue about what their own on line processes entailed.

The bank specialist Sandy Gu is really professional and friendly. She always gives me lots of helpful information, everytime if I need help with my morgage issues I will definetely find Sandy. She’s amazing and I will recommend all my friends to Sandy!

Visited Westpac New Market on Sep 20, 2025 (3:30 pm). The Mandarin-speaking male staff was cold and dismissive, and the whole branch showed zero willingness to provide service. Clearly, I’m not the only one with this experience.
