I guess I should have looked at Google maps to see the rating before I came here I miss an hour and a half of work this morning to come to the bank Waited for 10 minutes for the branch to open. When the employee open the door. I told her I wanted to open an account. She asked if I had an appointment. I said no. She said you'll have to get in line I said okay and now I'm 5th in line. Then she went behind the counter and called the new first person in line. Then when I got to be my turn I got her again. And she asked me if I would be okay with waiting until 10:30 I told her I already missed over an hour of work and I'm still not at work I mean are you kidding me there was nobody there Someone couldn't have helped me open a bank account so I could receive my paychecks No wonder they have 3.1 Stars ***After reply Edit*** I wasn't complaining about having to make an appointment I was complaining about being moved from first in line to last in line! Now I will complain about the
Had no idea you could land a helicopter on top of this building very cool!
Faez is the best representative!! He has helped our office manage several accounts and financial products. Brandon is also very responsive. There are many issues that come with managing a Law Office. We recently switch our office switch from Sole Proprietor, to an APC and they took great care of us. Good customer service, professionalism and friendliness.
I walked into the branch on B Ave to transfer my funds from my CD to my checking account. Despite the bank being empty at the time, I was turned away and told that I needed to make an appointment to do that. At their next available appointment, I was informed that since I was one day past the grace period of the CD maturity, there would be a $3000 penalty for transferring the funds out of the CD, even though they were the reason why I missed the grace period in the first place! Not to mention the fact that two different bankers at the La Jolla branch had already assured me that there would be no early withdrawal fees with the CD, and if I even missed the withdrawal grace period and the CD automatically enrolled onto another term, the only thing I’d lose would be the accrued interest on the CD. This whole thing sounds like a bait and switch.
I had an appointment for 9am. when I got there they were not open yet so I went to the 7eleven nearby then when I came back I found out I got skipped. they told me to wait, so I waited like 40 minutes then I was told there was no more time for me and I had to go online to make a new appointment. they didn't even help me make the new appointment. I had a whole hour window scheduled and they just gave it to someone else then they had no time to help me. I just wanted to open a new account. I feel like they could've helped me, there was like 2 people just there at the counter, no customers. after this experience I can tell I'm not wanted so I won't be coming back.
