Wells Fargo Bank 900 West Airport Freeway Hospital District

I received a phone call from someone (that I could barely understand)stating that she was from the MacArthur location and I qualified for a free checking. 1) I don't and never will bank at Wells Fargo! 2) I am on the National Do Not Call Registry which means you are NOT to call me soliciting! 3) After all of the fake accounts WF opened years ago, you seriously think I would consider opening one with you? I would keep my money in my mattress before I considered that!

I didn’t have an appointment, but the lobby was completely empty when I arrived. One employee was just standing behind the tellers doing absolutely nothing. After waiting for a while, she finally came out, so I politely asked if she could help me. Instead of assisting, she told me not to rush her! I ended up waiting even longer while she chose to help others who came in later. It was beyond frustrating. The lack of care, empathy, and professionalism was unbelievable. If this is how this bank treats walk-in customers, it’s clear they don’t value anyone’s time or business. Absolutely disappointing experience.

Great experience with the bank teller. She was very energetic, chatty Kathy, and knew her stuff when it came to the paper, cheddar, dough, mula. Etc. Pretty neat how they had yellow foot prints outside to lead you inside. I couldn’t help myself but to say follow the yellow brick road, click my heels, and look for Dorothy. Only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was because I wasn’t greeted when I walked in and bankers were at their desk W/O a customer. Also the area for deposit slips was not organized, Slips were all over the place.

I came here for a withdrawal through the drive thru Byron was wonderful. He was professional, pleasant and efficient. He let me know I could increase my ATM withdrawal limit through the app. I thank him for that information because had I know that prior it would’ve saved me a lot of time.

Leant an employee (Adam limb) $750 to get a car to be able go to work, and apparently their own employees do t understand the definition of a loan. If you think a loan is borrowing money and never paying it back, then you should use this bank. Because that’s what Adam limb thinks a loan is.
