Wells Fargo Bank 645 State Street Northwest Marietta Street Artery

I had an excellent experience at this Wells Fargo thanks to Brittney Y. and Abdou. They were extremely professional and patient, and I truly felt like a valued client (not just a customer). They listened to my concerns, worked through my issues, and provided clear solutions. I’m very thankful for the service I received, especially here on the Westside of Atlanta.

Don’t come to this branch if you do cash deposits. You can’t see them counting the money and they steal from you and miscount. I absolutely hate this branch and will no longer come here despite the convenience it is to my condo. TYKERIA and the lady that has the red hair that’s always there are the ones that usually count for me and the handful times I’ve been here it’s ALWAYSSSSS A problem with counting my cash deposits. If I don’t know the exact amount of cash I’m bringing in it seems like they will count whatever they feel.. I’ve complained before asking Wells Fargo to run the cameras back but they say they don’t have access to them! Just don’t come here if you have high cash deposits AT ALL!

Manager has horrible customer service skills. Don’t visit this bank if you need help with your bank account. Left and visited a bank down the street and they were so helpful we moved over all of our business once and for all. It’s nice to find someone that values your business but don’t look for it here.

Disappointed at the service here. I came here right after work to deposit a cashier's check for my mom, a longtime WellsFargo customer. I was in the door before they closed but remembered I left the check in my car. When I explained the situation to the manager, she held firm, despite the time-sensitive nature of my request. She was professional in communicating policy, but some flexibility would go a long way, especially considering varied schedules. My credit union excels in treating its members like individuals. The positive of this experience is I'm grateful that my financial institution of choice is a credit union.

Customer service was wonderful very good personalities on all three tellers very professional and personable thats such a breath of fresh air I will for sure go back
