Victor has been my financial advisors for years and I have always followed him wherever Suntrust sent him. If that was not for him, I would have no opinions of the bank since everything is done online now. Victor is the perfect definition of an attentive, trusty, VP Branch Manager. Suntrust / Truist is lucky to have him. Thank you Victor for everything you do for your customers, I really appreciate it.

One of the better Truist banks in the area. I’ve never had any issues at this bank. Everyone is pleasant and eager to assist. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers are taken care of. Unlike other locations where long wait times and poor communication are common, this branch operates efficiently and with a sense of urgency. The tellers are friendly and quick with transactions, and the bankers are thorough when addressing more complex issues. If you need assistance, they actually take the time to listen and provide solutions instead of rushing you through. The branch is also well-maintained, clean, and organized, which adds to the overall positive experience. Whether you need to make a quick deposit or discuss account options, this Truist location makes banking easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this branch over others in the area.

I normally go when it’s closed and use the ATM which is always in order and working. But today I went in at almost 4pm on a Thursday, there was no wait. The teller (I think her name was Andrea?) was super nice and honest. I was scared to come here because of the reviews but I will definitely come here more often.

The most and worst experience in all Suntrust bank around dmv, area especially dc and Maryland branches. I am glad that BB&T takes over of Suntrust, good to see this bank going out of business. I will never come to this branch.

This branch is filled with non-professional from the branch leader to the floor team. They are disrespectful and not interested in a good customer experience. The bank transition was poorly executed and their teams reflect such. The tellers are friendly and helpful. However; I can not begin to say how terrible the branch leader is. I have been to this branch over the past week and each time I have waited from 45 minutes to 1, 20 minutes for assistance with NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and just excusing once assistance is given. This location once had an optimal branch team. This location has really gone down and it seems to start at the top.

Terrible branch. Three times in the last month it has been closed during the middle of the day. Will be changing banks now.

Truly some of the worst customer service I have ever received at a bank. The manager didn't know their own protocol. He had to keep calling other employees for answers to questions. It took 3 visits to resolve my issue. Based on my experience I can't recommend this bank for anything more than a debit card. Happy to pull my money from this place and larger business model.
