Every time I come to this location the people here they don’t have enough experience to work in the bank I try for my my second time get a cash check for my work check and thy told me something we don’t know about !!!!!!!!!! but you can wait if you want 😅😅😅😅😅 Really bad 👎 Zero experience Zero respect Zero response

OMG! This location is the best location in the state of Washington! First off, let me start with the moment that you step into the Branch; the warmth that comes with everyone who works in this Branch; is SUPERB!! Now, but NEVER the least…Her Name is GEM! And a true GEM; is exactly what she is! I have NEVR been in ANY Wells Fargo Branch EVER and felt the same when I entered, while communicating with; or at the time of exiting; As GEM has made me feel since my visit to this location! Now I go every Friday; just to see her smile and feel her warmth! GEM is exactly what her Parents named her…A RARE STONE THAT HOLDS A VALUE THAT MOST WILL NEVER EVER BE ABLE TO AFFORD!!! I can go on and on about how wonderful GEM is; but you can find out if you are in the area; I BEG You to visit this Branch! Thank You Wells Fargo for GEM! Thank You, GEM for being YOU!!! The clerks are always incredibly friendly and helpful, and they make my transactions as painless as possible. There's always someone to come and check on you to make sure you don't wait without being helped, and the people here are genuinely good and easy to talk to.

Shop at this bank and several others in King County and have always been satisfied. I am updating reviews after a period of long travel in the east of the state and am furious and frustrated with Chase locations as compared to WFB in this location. These people always get it right as locations in other parts of the country don't get it. I would strongly recommend working with these people!

I went to this branch to ask for advice because I was moving abroad but I wanted to keep my Wells Fargo card active. I had quite some balance left in my account and didn’t want to carry all that cash with me, also I intended on using it for a couple of months until I opened a local account. When I told the banker, who was called Shannon, she looked at me weird as if I was talking about something crazy. The way she acted was so awkward and she smiled in a way that was making fun of me. I did not understand her communication, it just made me feel super uncomfortable. I think there was a guy named Rick, he was helpful in answering my questions and assisted me without a problem.
