Who ever Muhammad is behind that desk is very unprofessional. I came in at 11 am to drop off 3 deposits waiting up to 40 minutes and doesnt even complete the transactions because apparently there were other transactions after mine that were more important, he kept staring at me and couldnt even communicate or tell me that its taking a while for whatever reason, and it wasnt until the manager stepped in had a completely different teller complete the deposits what also irritated me was the manager condescendingly asked if i could bring exact change for these transaction when i have a buisness account and should be able to recieve my change without a hassle…. The employees need better communication and customer service lessons

Yesterday, during a lengthy transaction, my family member was refused access to the restroom. She was told to go to a shopping center around the corner instead, where she made an unwanted purchase at a store. Afterward, I read a review posted seven months ago by CB92, describing a similar experience. Although the bank's "owner" responded with an apology, apparently the discourteous policy has not been changed. This was my first visit to the branch and I will not return.

AVOID this Wells Fargo ATM. The ATM stole my deposit and then never deposited the funds to my account. Wells Fargo has done nothing for over 30 days to address this. Multiple calls - no update on the status of my claim. Terrible service.

I was in there for awhile, ended up having to use the ladies room. They said the bathroom was for employees only and that I could go to the restaurant next door. I have NEVER been a client, of a bank and I am a longtime client, and been refused access to a ladies room. To suggest I go to a restaurant that I am not eating at is totally unacceptable!

It’s a pleasure dealing with this WF branch. The people are extremely attentive and helpful.
