Always the worst part of any day is going into this hellacape of a bank. Lines out the door. ATMs not working. Staff lounging around not helping. If you need any help just use your phone app or call customer service, because that’s what they will tell you to do after waiting in line. Much easier to use a competitors ATM and pay the fee to get your own money out.
I opened my new account here, and the experience was very professional. I really appreciated the person who helped me open the account. Thank you for the great service, guys.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Wells Fargo location due to the conduct of the manager. While I was there to complete some transactions, I witnessed a manager speaking harshly and loudly to a Somali woman who clearly did not speak English well. The woman was distressed and explaining that she believed she had been scammed and that her money was taken. Instead of offering assistance or showing empathy, the manager insisted she needed to make an appointment to see a banker, without making any effort to help or guide her. The lack of compassion and professionalism shown by the manager is unacceptable, and it’s the reason I will not be returning to this branch.
15 people in line and 2 tellers working. Wells Fargo, your bank is great when you are adequately staffed so it doesnt take 20 minutes to see a teller. It's been this way since long before covid. Plz do better.
I came into the branch to close my account and to get an official check for the rest of the funds still in my account (no pending transactions, already used an account in a different banking institution for a while). The teller told me to close an account I have to talk to a banker, which I didn’t have a problem with. After introducing me to/and talking to the branch manager, the branch manager told me that there’s nobody that day who would have time to close an account and to call next day customer service to get the account closed. As a bank manager myself THAT is a pretty shitty service! I already talked to the BRANCH MANAGER and she did not have an appointment/was not with a customer, why would I still need to sit down with someone at a desk (which I would have done if they would have had someone available) and an even better question, why would I need to call customer service when I’m physically in a Wells Fargo branch?!?? It seems like the employees just wanted to make it harder
