Wells Fargo Bank 1156 6th Avenue Manhattan

Today I came to use the services at the bank and was very impressed with the staff. Her name is “marycruz”. She so nice good service. Her have service mind. And she is beautiful

I recently visited the Wells Fargo branch to open a business bank account, and my experience was quite disappointing. The account representative, Vineet, was unhelpful and kept asking me personal questions that had nothing to do with my business, almost as if he was trying to get into my personal business. Despite having all the necessary documents, I was told that my account couldn't be opened the same day, which was unexpected since I've had a business account opened at another bank within a day no issues. Vineet even mentioned needing clearance and eventually declined to open my account over a discussion. To make matters worse, he tried to accuse me that I was opening my business account to commit fraud, which was very disrespectful on very level. I was unfairly judged. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

I can't say enough about my great experience at this Wells Fargo location. Unfortunately, I had to close out accounts for a loved one who has passed away. It has been a very daunting task with acquiring documents to make this happen, all while still grieving. Banking Representative, Christopher Belich, was amazing. Not only was he helpful and patient, but he was extremely kind and compassionate. Having experienced similar challenges himself, he was very empathic and allowed me to be transparent in how I was feeling. He was sure to take care of all things needed to make my transaction happen. He is an awesome people person, a very kind soul, all while being very thorough when conducting business. He is an amazing asset to Wells Fargo and they are very lucky to have him.
