Excellent service from Ms. Zanjani at this location. She provided exceptional support and made my banking experience very smooth as I needed to open new accounts on a Saturday right before the store was closing.

Excellent bank. So happy I switched to this bank. I had a couple fraudulent transactions on my account, they helped fix it and refund my account within one hour. I also was set up immediately with a new debit card before I left. They are very attentive and kind.

I have been a customer of this bank TD Bank North on Dodge Street in Beverly for over 20 years . It’s changed it’s name over the years and now settled on the TD Bank North. But they have never stopped being a Friendly and Very Helpful Staff that whatever issue you may have they take the time to make sure the issue is resolved. I’ve never felt rushed or silly for even just forgetting my passcode to my debit card. This is my forever Bank - One that you can Trust and Have Great Service and Understanding all in one Bank.. This location has been a godsend helping my elderly father with some banking tech issues. He took his laptop in and they helped him gain access to online banking due to a phone number change. This is so rare these days, especially for a bank. Thank you so much for helping him. Little things like this helps our family so much, with me being out of state. Keep up the good work!

Terrible terrible branch. If I could give a negative review I would. The staff there seems to not have any loan knowledge at all. Show no respect and a complete waste of customers’ time. I’m filing a complaint now.

I called the bank and it took a very long time for anyone to answer the phone. I was looking to rent a safe deposit box, I was told I could make an appointment. I would happily have made an appointment if the individual who answered the phone could have answered if there were any safe deposit boxes available for rent. I was told the bank could not tell me if they had a box for rent without an appointment, when I pressed for pricing I got a sigh and a vague response about a yearly rate, still unclear if they had a box for rent or if different size boxes had different pricing? I am an existing account holder, I am currently researching other banks to switch to...

terrible customer service. I went to the branch to use my safety deposit box and the banker Laura was so unpleasant and unprofessional. What happened to banking human. she was not personable at all. what happened to the culture at TD. I tried to make small talk and she was dismissive. I think she might be in the wrong profession. This is not how you deal with the public... you need to do better TD... especially with the hires...
