I find it amazing how innovative my bank is: simply cutting back on customer service (no direct contact without an appointment, printing bank statements at home, and now telephone banking) – you have to hand it to them! Who even needs telephone support? After all, it's so much more fun to click through FAQ pages and discuss the legitimacy of one's own money with chatbots. The opening hours are a joke, especially considering it's the only branch in Cologne and the surrounding area!

My wife and I had previously banked with the bank with the red logo (with the "S") for over 20 years. Unfortunately, their service had steadily declined in recent years. We were therefore all the more pleasantly surprised by the excellent service at HypoVereinsbank. Here, the customer is the priority, and service is paramount. Almost all of our requests are handled and resolved by Mr. Tappe within 24 hours. Outstanding. 100% recommendation!

Never experienced a worse bank. It seems like the staff changes every week, so you constantly have to explain everything (pay for your work). Long waits, and only one employee at the reception desk. The boss is incredibly unpleasant and arrogant. Doesn't even deserve a single star!
