I came 15 minutes before opening and was fifth in line. Entered the bank at 9, left at 10:05. Managers were super polite and nice, spoke english well, answered questions, helped to register in bank app. Thanks!

The ATM was faulty; they took the money but didn't return it. They say they'll file a complaint and refund it! Let the bank profit from using the money until it's refunded, and let the customer who delayed their payment suffer! How can this work?

UNCALI branch. Customer service is aweful. Managers are always on the phone, seems like all the customers' issues cannot be handled by managers without upper support. Too Slow! The Queue system is unpredictable. You may wait for several hours and your queue number may never show up. Waited too long in the queue and decided to leave.

We came at 9-00am. We took a ticket for a queue at 9-10. We’d been waiting till 12-30pm. More than three hours. Till their lunch break. Our ticket number hadn’t been appearing at the screen whole that period of time. They kicked us out from their branch. When I told them about waiting since branch opening and showed them our ticket, where the time of receiving had been written - 9-10am, the throw my ticket into me laughing and gigging… Vakif is the worst in the world. Bye Turkey. You were really rude. We are happy to leave you.

A disgraceful branch. I was out of town and I couldn't find a single employee to answer the phone even though I called many times during the day to take care of an important task.
