Unfortunately, it's now closed from 10:00 PM. Homeless people often lie around this branch, taking a nap. Other than that, there's not much to say; there are ATMs and more.

The vending machines here are frequently out of order. Today, July 31st, 2021, around 6:00 PM, all the machines—except for the one outside—were out of service. And this was on a Saturday! A long queue formed, resulting in a long wait. Very poor service! 👎 This has been going on for years! And as you can read in the other reviews here, others have also noticed this problem! The promises from quality management to address the issue are simply unfounded. They just can't seem to fix it! 🙁

As many here are saying, ATMs are often out of order, there are endless waiting times. In such a large branch, they could have easily installed many more self-service machines instead of just three; there would have been room for another six. The new transfer forms and statement printers are hardly ever used. Therefore, I will switch my account and live completely cashless from now on, and in the worst-case scenario, only withdraw cash at Rewe or other banks. N26 is recommended, even though they have been criticized.

Very friendly staff who try to help all customers! Of course, there are customers who complain, but the problem lies not with the staff but with the customers themselves 😜. I almost forgot 🙃 I was at the branch at Kölnstraße 82-86, 53111 Bonn.

Good: You avoid the, to put it mildly, unfriendly staff of some branches. Bad: It usually doesn't work.
