The branch has improved a lot. Very rushy but still focus on services.
Busiest ATM, mostly ATM machine has technical issues
they are not answering my calls.i tried to call 100 times but no one answered my calls.recomend you to stay away from UBL.very poor services.
The environment is besides really marvelous in the bank, staff is helpful, everything considered there advantage is mind blowing and a superior than normal bank to open an account. ATM service is moreover truly remarkable.
Worst experience ever in my life a whole month is gone i opened an account with them and still I haven't got my ATM card and cheque book!! Yesterday i went there and a man sitting on middle desk said u did not come to me before even i went there after every single weak to check wether my card and cheque book is arrived but every weak what i got is nothing!! Don't go there for any of your work !!!
