3rd class service and experience. my payment stuck from 30th of April but till to date that was not solve. They do not know what's there responsibility and who is responsible for that.
My mother is paralyzed patient have account in that branch she doesn't walk . No wheelchair track .very difficult to move forward into the bank . Branch General manager isn't cooperative .
