Staff is always busy in playing games or calling their loved ones especially their Customer sales representative (CSR), Customer will have to wait so that the staff can finish their conversation on the cell phone with their loved ones,Behavior of staff is also very dissappointing,Shortage of hard working staff can be clearly seen whenever i go there its like going to hell and when i come out its like coming back to a happy life,Really Really unsatisfied with this bank.
