Sometimes they accept utility bills sometimes they dont. Plus the service is also average.

UBL Branch located on main road Qasimabad, I do believe that it is one of best banking chain in Pakistan. There customer services were fine and the branch also have ATM facility. The bank often remains too much crowded because I think there is no other branch of UBL nearby. It took more than half hour for me to get my work done.
