Worst Bank in Pakistan and this branch reflects the Image of UBL perfectly. Their Moto is "Where You come first" it should Be "where you come to get Humiliated". Customer Service dies in this branch, not a single professional person present in the Branch. Branch give an ambiance of 90's bank branch and staff no respect.
Good working place
Very Bad experience with this branch. I was stuck in the ATM, the door was locked and i got 6 stiches on my hand while tried to open the door. No phone and security guard was there.
The best thing about this branch is that its the only Bank branch with a functional ticketing system. So you don,t have to stand in long queue waiting for your turn. You can sit relax and watch TV while waiting for your turn. Well staff is fine. They change staff almost every few months so it is not fair to say staff is not good, sometimes they are good sometimes over worked and sometimes things are just not in their hand. Only reason i am not giving them full 5 stars is that they have very small parking which is always full. So literally they don't have parking space at all.
I wish I could rate less than 1 star worst customer support. Worst behaviour of staff
