They will not give you cash if you want to pull out a large sum... even if you call to make an appointment!!!!!!!!! They told me to run around to different ATMs. Also, learn how to speak English if youre gonna answer a phone for a living. The manager also does not speak fluent English and hates women the way he was interrupting me when I was trying to explain my experience. I ended up driving down there and was told that the woman on the phone was wrong. They should have made her come out to apologize to me then, but they didnt.
Avoid this bank’s "secured" cards. I was promised my deposit would be released in 2 months. One year later, with a perfect payment record and low utilization, they are refusing to return my money. The branch staff now claims I was "misinformed" and told me my only option is to close my oldest credit account, which would hurt my credit score. They refuse to fix their own mistake or even contact Visa on my behalf. Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If they were simply honest at the first day, I would have gone to another bank!
I went there this weekend to open a student account for my daughter and the staff were very welcoming, kind, and respectful and the branch was very clean and organized. Jayubhai Patel was my personal banking associate, and he provided excellent service. He was very kind, professional, and patient throughout the process. Overall I really appreciated this and would highly recommend him.
On Oct 2nd, 2025, I visited the TD branch on 8th Street to address an issue with my online banking. An unauthorized "Line of Credits" account appeared on my EasyWeb, and I was charged interest after accidentally using it to pay a bill. During the transaction, this "Line of Credits" was listed as the first option in the drop-down menu, leading to the error. Although I immediately repaid the borrowed amount, I was charged interest for this mistake. I believe the bank is responsible for this charge as I never applied for the account and its prominent placement in the menu led to the error. My experience with the staff at the branch was extremely disappointing. The teller was unable to help and passed me to another employee who was dismissive and blamed me for the mistake. A supervisor was also brought in but stated they could not resolve the issue. The poor service continued with my scheduled appointment with a financial advisor on the same day. The advisor was 12 minutes late, and our co
I live with an invisible disability. When I contacted the TD call line, the agent advised me to visit a TD Branch and meet with a financial advisor. I received an email confirming the appointment. However, when I arrived at this branch, staff told me they had no record of it—even after I showed them the official confirmation email from TD. At that point, I disclosed my invisible disability and explained that I required assistance. Despite this, I was told they could not help me due to staffing shortages. Instead, they offered me a room where I could sit alone to complete the task, but made it clear they would not provide the support I had requested. They even remarked that the task was “easy,” dismissing the fact that I had already explained I could not do it without help. This experience left me embarrassed and humiliated. By law, when a customer discloses a disability, businesses are required to provide appropriate accommodation. TD staff failed to recognize or act on this obligati
