How can you open a branch and telling customers that it is down. No tellers sitting on their seats. Waited 15 minutes to know branch is down and no transaction can be made today.
This branch was useless and all the employees.
Had to visit this bank and was not able to complete my issue. The customer service staff is very nice but not training and the supervisor is extremely rude and aggressive. If you beed customer service do not come here.
Customer Service representatives needs training to deal with customers in better way. The operation and branch manager is very cooperative and helpful.
This branch prides itself on bad customer service. I come here a lot, and the wait is always long, employees serve customers out of the queue, and the general attitude is awful. I wouldn't recommend this branch for anyone in a hurry.
