Anti foreigner. Lock away the atm when closed
This branch has the worst service in the Techcombank system. Customers who came to update their biometrics to use a supplementary credit card were not only denied service but also told that since January 1, 2026, supplementary cards cannot be used for online payments...???
The bank's administrative work is terrible; the ATM is inside, but I can never use it because I'm nearby. I always have to travel far to withdraw money. Those are the proper functions of an ATM.
I requested a phone number change, but the teller tricked me into getting a new Visa card with the intention of selling it. The issue of changing my phone number wasn't resolved; I'm still using my old number. Isn't this a scam? If it's not a scam, do they even understand Vietnamese?
I went to top up and waited 30 minutes without being called. When I called, this counter told me to wait for another counter. The person who came later to top up got to top up first.
