Using credit cards here is very dangerous. Users pay their credit card bills in full, but somehow the card miraculously shows a debit with sky-high interest rates. When I went to close my credit card, the staff said I still owed 90,000 VND and that I could only close the card after paying it off. I paid 90,000 VND. The staff said the credit card was charged overdue interest of 430,000 VND, even though the system didn't notify me about the overdue amount or interest rate. The staff then demanded I pay 430,000 VND in interest on 89,000 VND (I don't know if it was daily or monthly interest) before I could close the card. And the initial card opening fee is non-refundable. Credit card applicants should be aware of this. A bad experience. Currently, I have 1,000,000,000 VND in savings at Techcombank. I never usually give 1-star reviews, but this time I have to... I don't know about other branches, but the wait here is incredibly long. This is my second or third time, and I usually wait 30 minutes to an hour. Two hours is an exaggeration :)))) I think the staff should either speed things up, take some advanced training, or reduce the number of steps so that all customers can get served quickly.
