Great place! The staff are really helpful and professional. I got help from Zijada, a very kind lady. Thanks if she is reading this. She gave me a new Säkerhetsdossa. The bank closes at 1 pm I wish it could ve been open until a bit later times. It helps you with almodt all Swedbank errands. 5 stars!

I have to admit the opening hours are a bit strange but I got there ahead of time which I highly recommend I was one of the first in line got very friendly support in perfect English and my issue was resolved in few minutes. I have had only positive experience with swedbank so far as an expat in Sweden.

Very helpful place! Coming in it was abit confusing since there was no machine for queue numbers. You just wait by the entrance and someone will come check what you need help with and give you a queue number. There was a little wait but less than we expected, it's a bank office and we visited during the summer after all 😁 Everything went very smooth and Zijada that helped us was very helpful and efficient! Banks usually get a lot of bad reviews but I have zero complaints. All you need is a little bit of patience 😊

Before choosing a bank I was doubting whether I need to try this branch / bank in general or not, especially when I have read a lot of negative reviews. But I decided to try going here anyway since the procedures in other banks that I previously visited did not really suit me, so I was continuing looking for a bank that I will be satisfied with. When I came here, the queue was indeed pretty long as other people describe, but I would suggest to come earlier before the opening so that you are not the last one. For me it took about 20-30 minutes, I was in the middle of the line, my number was 24, so in general the waiting time is manageable. There are plenty of workers that actively help everybody despite the great amount of people visiting. The worker’s name that helped me with opening my bank account was Daniel, and I would like to thank him for making the procedure really quick and smooth. I have already BankID and Swish and now I’m waiting for my physical card to be delivered! So far

When asking for international transfer options I got no help, instead the employee gave me the advice to do something that goes against the bank’s policy that could incriminate me, and when asked to get the manager I was told that he/she is on a meeting and will “call me”. Of course it was just a way to get me to leave. Either Swedbank wants to set us up as a customer, or they employ incompetent personnel.
