Worst bank in Sweden. Will reject your business without evidence, will reject your loans without consultation, zero in person meetings, zero availability of reason. Its a bank running on autopilot with zero care for clients. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Strange place. There are 2 desks with qualified staff and 5 consultants free-flowing who can't help with simple questions, asking to other colleagues regarding every single question and sending to call centre. As a result there are people in the queue to this qualified personal and advisors chatting to each other. What is the point of having bank office in this case?

It has the worst customer support I have ever seen. Just wanted to book a meeting for my father and we even identified with BankID but they didn’t book us a meeting and told us to come to the office to book a meeting. She questioned me like she was a security officer because I called with my phone instead of my father’s. We can’t make online booking. Therefore had to call to book. Even if my father calls from his mobile she told us to come to the office to book a meeting. It’s crazy and they’re not fulfilling their job. It’s just a meeting she was going to book and they will anyway check ID and everything in the meeting plus we identified with BankID which should not be a problem.

Extremely poor service by the people on the floor. I called ahead regarding an application by phone and by the time I arrived at this office they told me all that information previously given by the call center was incorrect. I had to come back the next day, only to find out that the lady from the previous day was the one giving incorrect info. She was also extremely rude, mentining how she had no time because she was off to lunch, and treating a senior Citizen shamefully by rejecting helping them alltogether. Maybe you should hire competent service minded people for positions like these, Swedbank? Instead of rude individuals who just want to get rid of you asap and clearly has no interest of providing a service. Visited in january 2020.

Private customers - avoid this branch. Long queues and very arrogant and unhelpful staff manning service points on the first floor. The bank agents handling corporate accounts on the second floor are actually nice and helpful, my experience with them has been positive. So, 1 star for private service, 4 stars for corporate service.
