Worst Customer service. These SBI people should be paid depending on their ratings by customer. Even the Security Guard disallows customer at ATM after working hours. Why the hell they have set up the branch?

The worst staff of the bank don't know how to talk to customers.don't open accounts in this bank, service is very slow. Please fired the staff in this bank's behaviour is very rude, please see to it. Bad experience
Very Bad experience - All the counters never starts at given time. Many time pass book printing machine kept in ATM room is not functioning and no bank staff is concerned about it. In the Branch pass book printing is not done by telling some excuse. Cheque dropping box which was kept in ATM room has been removed and keept in branch where by inconvenienced to dropping cheques on Sundays and after banking hours. Staff is trying to avoid their own work by some excuse. Prior to lock down wants one dd and concerned officer told not possible as Printer is not functioning. Fortunately the lady Branch Manger helped me therefoe this one star is given. Always bad experience. This all is of prior to lock down period. .
Worst experience with loan department. Had gone to inquire for housing loan and informed her ..the staff lady that this is the first loan of my life and I never had any credit card/score. The lady there started calculating CIBIL score to which I politely asked for why? She sarcastically replied saying that I am a finance professional and I don't know what CIBIL score is! I was taken aback at this shameless bitter attitude. Is this the answer to my question "why". I had not asked her "what" is CIBIL score. The day is not far away when this branch shall be labelled as a worst service provider and adverse response from public.
