Waiting time for depositing money is more than an hour on normal day
I visited this branch in 2022 after a few years. Staff behaviour is really changed in a positive way. The staff are really helpful and calm and politely talking. Thanking SBI for good support. Looking forward in good way best of luck?
1 star because of staff member. No seriousness on customer query or compliant. I raised SBi online service issue and it been 2 weeks no progress.
Pathetic staff ever seen. I will not recommend SBI to anyone in my life especially counter number 2 lady
Lady staff very arrogant and rude when talk with customers. Senior citizens have no value. Branch manager has attitude like she owns the branch. Certain GR's, policies and transactional rules are not displayed and when asked to branch manager for the same, she replied that you should read the circular first when opening the account. I would not even give 1 star for the branch but that is the only lowest rating option Google have.
