Worst staff and worst bank!!! Only manager is helpful! Rest third party who give education loan is worst and indirectly ask for bribe. The person who sit at credit debit card counter is useless and have zero knowledge. SBI do you hire staff on what basis only on quota basis or do you even give them training ???
Manger is very helpful, Hard working but no sufficient staff available to smoothly run the bank. Available staff is from old generation & taking too much time for complete the activities.
Bank is good but a compact one. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The manager is also helpful. Sometimes it gets crowded because of less space, but overall a good one.
Never ever have an account in this bank. The staff is so rude that they are so courteous that they dont even have patience to handle people. Why these kind of people are recruited in SBI.
Friendly staff but work at their own pace.. Need to pull up their socks to compete with other banks
