Conveniently located in Mhada colony. Close to Eastern Express Highway. Bank has legacy public sector Bank. Branch needs major renovation. Boxes and files are stored in customer areas. There is good frontage of the branch. But the shutters are always done, blocking natural light and views.
The bank has a lot of catch up to do. Absolutely unprofessional staff. Net server is down so they could not reset my Net banking account and they could not issue duplicate passbook coz they did not have it. A day wasted. To top it you have rude and arrogant staff sitting there who have no idea what customer service is. The previous staff over there were extremely professional and knew how to interact with their customers.please reach your staff basic ways to talk to a customer
Good service. Convenient to reach bring closer to Eastern express n mhada colony State bank branches are always busy the bank person are quite simple and aged so the service is slow as compared to corporates but after all its a very good bank
,non cooperative staff,won't even listen to our problems.had to repeatedly visit the branch in spite of covid situation for a small banking thing
