Terrible experience. Nobody cares for it's Customers in this Bank - India's largest Bank, State Bank of India.
This Bank it's vary bad and all staf it's also useless bank manager also useless I don t whant to give 1 star also please anyone don't open account this Bank vary helpless
Very poor service they are providing their client the deputy manager meeta sharma she is not even listening or bother the client standing in front of her she and her staff are busy in gossiping to each other she was in hurry to leave somewhere but she should have a courtesy to respect the client give her details I had gone to enquire about sukanya account which my auto debit was not happening she just heard and did not respond then she said come Tomorrow for this I don't know who has made her manager she is not ready to help Or take solution person I coming early to bank to solve his query and go back to work but they are not at all bothered. Very pathetic service at this branch.....
Worst people they take you for granted. I would be quite happy if these ppl were laid off.
Vakola Branch code 1467 needs serious overhaul, of proactive staff . staff needs to be motivated through courses every week. Been a customer with this bank more than 35 years. Only during the tenure of MR. Bohra as the Manager did I see real change , but it was short lived., because he got transferred and the staff services went down with him. today I have been calling the branch telephone no. ten times , nobody to attend to. Dont know what is the idea of publishing the tel. nos if you dont want to give the services. waiting to close my account seriously.
