Non responsive and ridiculous bank branch and branch staff. Staff is behaviour is like gov employee, they are taking there sweet time do there work. Very arrogant with full of attitude staff.
Mr Shashi Shekhar Mishra ji is the Branch Manager very good personality. His cabin is full of awards. He is also cooperative and knowledgeable worked across the regions so quickly captured our needs. We also met Mr Swapnil Lagad Asst manager and found very cooperative and he quickly cleared our work. We experienced great level of hospitality was not even expected from the government bank having huge customer base. The only negative point is Bank location is at very crowded place so you need to struggle to find place for car parking.
Best class service but more rush than any other bank
The SBI Bhandup East branch is always brimming with clients, and the demands are modest for which the net & mobile banking facilities can serve the needs. That takes a toll on service. Thus, we could not get the proper information from the staff, for completing one particular document. Contrary to that, the senior management was welcoming and supportive which helped in completing the task in the shortest time.
Kiosk machine not in operation at 2 counters. Inside and outside ATM. If wanted just stand in Long que approximately 1hour just to passbook update. Most of the SBI staff not in counters .very poor at kanjurmarg east branch. I had to take off from my office just to update passbook
