They have improved a lot. The current staff of SBI Mulund east is so helpful and ready to help. my recent experiences are really appreciation worthy.

Worst service from any bank I have ever seen. I have been an SBI account holder for more than 5 years. I created my sisters digital yono account, upon visiting the branch, the lady started saying it’s mandatory to subscribe to personal accidental insurance(PAI) and 2,3 other government yoganas. She started selling all the policies for 20 mins, it was close to lunch time. I simply replied that other banks don’t do this kind of stuff, she said for zero balance accounts you have to subscribe to these yoganas. So I humbly asked please show me where it’s written that it’s compulsory subscribe to these policies. Her face went red and she straight away lied to my face that its not compulsory. I really couldn’t trust a bank whose employees lie to our faces just to complete their targets. So I simply walked away, it’s better to create an account in private banks where they value their customers not scam them.

Acually they are not eligible for 1 star review also. This is the worst bank i ever seen in my life. The whole staff is useless except security. Some of staff member is totally arrogant. Their deposit machine also behave like them. Thank you SBI, mulund east

Worst branch, most arrogant staff ever, they won't work 1 sec before the official time even if every one is in there place and ready to work. They won't accept cheques ask you for the kiosk entry and kiosk never works, and on top of that they won't accept cash saying machine is not working.

Very rude services. Not willing to confirm rejected NEFT amount. Staff should be punished for such rude behavior. They get everything even if they behave rudely. This is how Govt Undertaking banks work
