Worst experience ever the management is very poor. It's crowded all the time because the work done by staff is slow and many times there machines don't work, server is down they don't have good maintanence. Staff behaviour towards customer is very bad. They have too many account Holder but have very less manpower to provide services. Peon works here don't know how to talk to customers very bad behaviour.
Horrible Service compared to other State Bank of India branches forget conparing with Pvt Banks, these guyies are more interested to take our interview like asking Why you never took cheque , why so much time, instead of closing the work for which we came.
All of us keep getting these SMS from bank saying "Important! SBI never asks for Card/PIN/OTP/CVV details. Do not share these with anyone". The staff here ask to provide them your username and password to service you on e-banking queries. Come on!! Most of the time systems are down. You have to spend hours to get very simple work done. Behavioral issues with their unprofessional junior staff!!
Not so crowded. Staff is helpful.Seats for senior citizen available here
Not a single ac is working.. no staff is there.. only one window is working.. waited more than 1 hour to do 5 min work.. pethetic experience.. worst bank ever. Please sbi maintain your level . You are a bank . Not a machibazar..
