Worst Bank I've ever seen or heard of. The only bank without any sort of customer service. They won't be answering phones or emails or even the website support. I encountered an emergency and couldn't get to the bank I needed to reach any one without success.
One employee serving all customers. One customer per hr as he is still learning. And also talks on the phone while serving customers.
Terrible experience. Not enough staff. Few of the stations were occupied. Staff very slow and inefficient+ not professional. Waited for 3 hours when it wasn’t even crowded. Uncomfortable chairs (if you’re going to keep people waiting needlessly at least make it comfortable so they’re less irritable) With all this time they don’t even print out your card, instead they refer you to the only very slow self service machine.
**Regular banking, Ladies, and Affluence customers okay.** Not sure how to rate it. Even when busy, they only have one teller on duty so each session takes on average 20 min. But it has services..
Super slow service Only 2 employees for customer service while there are 15 people waiting!!
