Bad service especially in Granada mall the ladies especially the manager took 2 hrs to accommodate you then the spoke with the manager to change the National address she promise promise 24hrs but she didn’t do. Very unreliable!! Please close this branch period!!!
Worst banking experience in my life! Every client takes around 1 hour to 1 hour and a half with the customer service . Staff are very slow and unhelpful!
